Combining the excitement of XCM (mountain bike marathon) and XCO – it spells FUN!
Need some excitement to break the dulling COVID-19 effects in your life? Link it to an extreme challenge and you end up with an unforgettable experience! Our “XCO-type marathon” will be just that – combining the challenges of XCO racing and XCM, testing your endurance, bike skills and mental strength over 20, 40 and 60 kilometre. Add to this the ultimate reward – 2021 XCOSA XCM Champion jersey up for grabs to category winners in the 2021 GNC XCM League, and it offers the perfect mountain bike marathon challenge.

The XCM League races will each take place on a well manicured race track consisting of 20 km laps and offering the full compliment of track challenges – races #1 & #3 are more challenging and race #2 is less challenging but furiously fast. Riders will be challenged with A-line mountain bike excitement, from drops, rock gardens, gap jumps to more! Accommodating B-line alternatives are available as option, although at a time penalty!
