Connecting out of the Blue trail, the Black trail will challenge you with a decent climb and rewards you with a flowing downhill ride. At the top of the Black trail you will find a stepdown over rocks and further down the vlei it leads onto a rocky outcrop where you can challenge yourself with another stepdown over the big rock or take the easy chicken run.
